Ingredients:

  • European sea bass – cleaned (or your favorite seafood)
  • Moco (Hot/Medium/Mild)
  • Pasley

Instructions:

  1. Marinate sea bass overnight in a zip lock bag
  2. Grill or bake over 380-degree Fahrenheit heat for 15min on each side
  3. Allow to cool and garnish with parsley and your favorite chopped nuts
